When you book a service: your name, email address, phone number, service address, and payment information. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

When you contact us: your name and email address, along with the content of your message.

When you purchase a gift card: your name and email, and — if you choose to have us deliver the gift code directly — the recipient's name and email address as well. We use the recipient's email solely to send the gift code and never for marketing.

Automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited and browser type, collected to help us improve the site. We do not use invasive tracking or sell your browsing data.

We use the information you provide to:

• Schedule and fulfill your service appointments
• Send you booking confirmations and appointment reminders
• Process payments and handle refunds or disputes
• Respond to questions or support requests
• Improve our services and website

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

We work with a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate our services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data: stripe.com/privacy
• Google — calendar scheduling and routing. We use Google's APIs to manage appointment times and estimate travel distances.
• SendGrid — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations and receipts).

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party, ever.

We retain your booking information as long as it is needed to fulfill services, handle disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
